For me Linux, even when it occasionally does odd things, is the more enjoyable OS to play with.
That's a good decision, bazzite can certainly be discouraging.
Next time, don't choose a Linux distribution based on a YouTube video where the guy used it for a few hours or days. And that's his entire experience with Linux.
If you want, you can try a different distribution. It will be more difficult to get started, but you will be satisfied later on.
